If there’s something wrong with your purchase, we’re here to help. We stand behind the products we sell, and can resolve most issues quickly. In the unlikely event something needs to be returned or exchanged, the following rules apply:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You may return an item if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
  • Has one or more parts of accessories missing
  • Does not match with what was ordered

Digital products that are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis can’t be returned.

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After the 14 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

To obtain a refund, the customer has to provide their order and online access code information to Customer service.

In order to be eligible for a refund:

  • A return authorization must be issued
  • The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of your purchase
  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition
  • The product must be unused and undamaged in any way

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale:

You can get a refund for items on sale, provided they otherwise qualify for return.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email at store@dreadnoughtendeavors.com

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

Depending on the destination address, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refund:

After we receive the product, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Note that it may take up to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
